In 2011 Noelle Hunter’s daughter Muna was taken by her father to the African nation of Mali. Noelle then fought an international tug of war to have Muna returned to her home in the U.S. Noelle is now very active in advocacy and lobbying the U.S. government through her work with iStand Parent Network.
